To move files, use Cut & Paste:
- Click “Edit” in the upper right corner
- Select the file(s) to move
- Click “Cut” (the scissors icon, 3rd button from the left in the lower toolbar)
- Navigate to the destination folder
- Click “Edit” again
- Click “Paste” (5th button from the left in the lower toolbar)
You have to synchronize iTunes with your iPhone.
- Connect your device with the computer
- iTunes should open automatically, else open it
- Select your device
- Choose the app section
- Search for “country” on the app-list
- Press “Install” on the application
To rename a file enter the edit mode. In the upper right corner you find the button “Edit”, press it and a tool bar at the bottom appears. No select a file and chose the actions. Renaming a file is one of them.
- Supported movie formats are Apple QuickTime (.mov), MPEG-4 (.mp4), m4v, 3GPP (.3gp)
- Supported audio formats are MPEG-4 Advanced Audio Coding (.aac), Apple Lossless (.m4a) MPEG-1 audio layer 3 (.mp3), Waveform (.wav)
Apple plays audio per default inside the browser, even if the iPhone/iPad is muted. Please ensure that the audio is enabled if you play your music.
The application *must* be connected to a wireless network, or it will now work. To connect your device to a access point, please follow Apples instructions. From now on you should see an IP-address shown.
Please verify also that Web SMS is the only application that runs on the port 80, maybe close the other.
There are three different ways to exchange files with the application and your computer:
File transfer via iTunes:
- Connect you device with your computer and start iTunes
- Navigate to your device an click on “Apps”
- Below the applications you’ll find the section to exchange data with applications
- Click on “Application”
- Use drag & drop to exchange data with the “Application”
Instruction for FTP-Transfer:
- Open the application “USB drive” on your device
- Go to “Settings”
- Press the button FTP File Transfer
- Open an FTP tool on your computer and enter the address shown on your device (e.g.ftp://192.168.0.100:5555)
- Transfer your files
Instruction for HTTP-Tranfer:
- Open the application “Application” on your device
- Go to “Settings”
- Press the button HTTP File Transfer
- Open a browser on your computer and enter the address shown on your device (e.g.ftp://192.168.0.100:8080)
- Download your files
To send an SMS successfully you have to confirm it on the iPhone itself. This is a restriction of Apple and the application is not allowed to send an SMS itself.
To import a picture, please follow this instructions:
- Open application
- Create an album (if none is existing)
- Press “Edit” in the upper right corner
- Press “+” in the upper left corner
- Enter the desired name an press “OK”
- Choose an existing album or the one you’ve just created
- Import an image
- Press “Edit” in the upper right corner
- Press the “camera-button” in the upper left corner
- Choose “From Gallery”
- Select the images and press “Done”
For fast pictures from the camera, you can the Fast-Picture-Button at the
bottom. The picture is saved into the current album.
There is no storage limit in the app. The only limitation is the overall storage of your device. If there is no more space available, try to delete other data.
Please open “Lock my Data” and import your videos/images that are stored in the standard gallery by following these steps:
- Create a folder if necessary inside the app
- Choose the folder
- Enter the “edit” mode by pressing the upper right button
- Press the camera button in the upper left corner
- Choose “from gallery”
- Select the descried movies in your gallery
- Import
- Your movies are no protected
Please don’t forget to delete the movies in your normal gallery.
To download a file, tap and hold on the link to download. For some media you will get a popup that asks, if you like to download the file, click “yes”.
Please verify that your device is connected to your local wireless network. Your device and personal computer must be connected to the same local area network (LAN), either by wire or air. Note, if you close the app, you are no longer connected to the network. The connection screen of the application has to be visible all the time.
It is only possible to send SMS trough a LAN connection.
To establish a HTTP connection from your browser installed on your pc or mac to your iPhone or iPad, the devices need to be on the same local network. Please make sure no firewall is blocking the access. The connection type (air/wire) does not matter.
Please make sure that you enter exactly the address shown on the device including the port, e.g. http://192.186.1.100:8080.
During the whole HTTP session the application cannot be used and the transfer page must be visible. If you press the back button the HTTP connection is closed.
With the latest version it is possible to reset your pass code by an in-app purchase. A reset hat to be bought with your Apple password because of security reasons. This is the only way to ensure your identity.
Please update the application and if you enter a wrong code a green button to unlock your application will appear.
